POKER: Congratulations to Tony Place who took out the Royal Flush jackpot, worth $1048 for the free game last Sunday at the Cobar Bowling and Golf Club’s poker tournament.

It now reverts to $528 but the cash game’s Royal Flush is a very lucrative $2068 for some lucky winner.

The next $1000 game is now scheduled to Saturday February 25 with the free game starting at 4.30pm and the cash game at 7pm.

Other results include: last Thursday’s free game drew 13 players with Benn McManus making the winning list, Mick Harvey second and Les Arnold third.

The cash game was contested by 15 players and resulted in a win for Ethan Mackay with Rob Josephson second and Mark Sullivan third.

Sunday’s free game was won by Tony Place, with Greg Clark in second place and Jay Goonrey third.

In the cash game Ethan Mackay (who also showed skill to take out Thursday’s cash game) won with Les Arnold second and Shane Place third.

Orders are now being taken for the new Poker T-shirts - so order now.
